What are the guidelines for image uploads?
Please make sure your images fulfil the following requirements: High-resolution image. We recommend images that have 1200px on the longer side, minimum 72 dpi. A JPEG or PNG file, up to 10MB. Images of your work must be in-focus and show the full artworks or design item. The dimensions must be accurate. The artwork has to be well-cropped and centred. How do I make changes to my products?
You will be able to make changes by clicking on the product in your Seller Portal. After you make the changes, click on Save to ensure that your changes are saved. For products that are published, all changes you make will be immediately shown on the site once you click the save button.
Is there a limit to how many products I can upload on The Artling?
At the present time, there is no limit on the number of products an artist or designer can publish on The Artling. However, you do have to upload a minimum of one product in order for your seller profile to be published on the platform.
What art styles should I use to tag to my products?
When you upload your artworks, you will need to tag at least 1 art style to your artwork. It is good to tag your works correctly so that they are featured in the relevant categories and are easily found. How do I hide the prices of my artworks so that they do not show publicly on the site?
Sellers will see the option to hide the price of their product if the product listed price is above USD 10,000.
How do I upload multiple images of my product?
You can upload multiple images by clicking on or dropping image files into this box. You will be able to upload a maximum of 4 images (1 Main image and 3 secondary images).
I am on vacation and will not be able to ship out any products for a while. How do I put my shop on pause?
