Having issues uploading your works online?
What are the guidelines for image uploads?
Please make sure your images fulfill the following requirements: High-resolution image. We recommend images that have 1200px on the longer side, minimum 72 dpi. A JPEG or PNG file, up to 10MB. Images of your work must be in-focus and show the artworks in full. The dimensions must be accurate. The artwork has to be well-cropped and centered. The Artling is a curated site, and all pieces listed on the platform are reviewed by our team and selected for publishing. Please check the selection criteria here. Why is my product pending?
If your product is currently marked as “Pending”, this means that the images you uploaded may not follow our guidelines, or your product has some missing information. Please make the change(s) as listed and resubmit your product for us to review.

Is there a limit to how many products I can upload on The Artling?
At the present time, there is no limit on the number of products an artist or designer can publish on The Artling. However, you do have to upload a minimum of one product in order for your seller profile to be published on the platform.
