What are the guidelines for image uploads?
Please make sure your images fulfill the following requirements: High-resolution image. We recommend images that have 1200px on the longer side, minimum 72 dpi. A JPEG or PNG file, up to 10MB. Images of your work must be in-focus and show the artworks in full. The dimensions must be accurate. The artwork has to be well-cropped and centered. Why was my artwork not selected for publishing?
The Artling is a curated site, and all pieces listed on the platform are reviewed by our team and selected for publishing. Please check the selection criteria here. How do I hide the prices of my artworks so that they do not show publicly on the site?
Sellers will see the option to hide the price of their product if the product listed price is above USD 10,000.
What art styles should I use to tag to my products?
When you upload your artworks, you will need to tag at least 1 art style to your artwork. It is good to tag your works correctly so that they are featured in the relevant categories and are easily found. Is there a limit to how many products I can upload on The Artling?
At the present time, there is no limit on the number of products an artist or designer can publish on The Artling. However, you do have to upload a minimum of one product in order for your seller profile to be published on the platform.
Why is my product pending?
If your product is currently marked as “Pending”, this means that the images you uploaded may not follow our guidelines, or your product has some missing information. Please make the change(s) as listed and resubmit your product for us to review.
How do I create my profile on the portal?

Please click into the product under your profile and edit them there. All changes you make will immediately be available on the site.
How do I unpublish a product?
If it is a published artwork you are looking to unpublish, you may click into the product in your 'products' view, scroll to the bottom, and click the 'unpublish' button in red.
How do I delete an artwork from my Portfolio?
I am on vacation and will not be able to ship out any products for a while. How do I put my shop on pause?
