Once the customer has received the product in good condition, the payment will be transferred to you. We will inform you of the relevant invoice amount of the product after The Artling's commission has been deducted. You will then need to submit your invoice to us for payment. The payment of the product (after our commission has been deducted) and the relevant shipping costs will be transferred to your bank or PayPal account within seven (7) working days.

For Singapore-based sellers, if the payment is transferred in a foreign currency (other than Singapore Dollars), the foreign exchange rate for The Artling’s payment to you will be pegged to the date of receipt of payment from the customer. All other payments will be made in USD (United States Dollars).

For products marked as Returnable, once the product has been received in good condition, the payment will be transferred to you upon the expiry of the 3-day return period.
