A condition check is a process where we verify if the product is in good condition for a sale before it is shipped to the customers. The condition check will need to be done before and after the item has been packed. Once we have confirmed that the item is in good condition, we will then inform you via email to proceed to pack and prepare the product for shipping.

You will receive an automatic email from us notifying you that your product has been sold.
We will then need to proceed with our condition check steps of the product.
You will be notified through email to submit the images of the product for our condition check in your Seller Portal as soon as possible.
Please let us know if you need more than 1 working day to submit these images.

Step 1: Condition Check
Before packing and shipping your artwork or design item, you will need to send 5 high-resolution images of your item and an image of the Certificate of Authenticity to The Artling team for our condition check. The list of required images are as follows:

You can submit these images by clicking on the “Submit Product Images” button available in the email.

Step 2: Packed Item Condition Check
Once the condition check images have been reviewed by our team, you will be notified via email to proceed with the condition check if your packed product.
You will then need to submit the images of the packed product in your Seller Portal as soon as possible.
Please let us know if you need more than 1 working day to submit these images.
You can submit these images by clicking on the “Submit Packed Images” button available in the email.

You may also submit these images directly in your Seller Portal.

Our team will review these images and you will be notified through email if the images are approved, or if we have any questions or concerns.
